I’ve Been a BAD Blogger

Yesterday, I was sittin in a meeting where we were discussing our marketing plan. I was enjoying the meeting and as the Sales Manager for Glynne’s Soaps, I was an integral part of the discussion. When suddenly the discussion turned to blog postings, and I realized, I have been a bad bad blogger!

I haven’t posted a thing since January….JANUARY! My loyal fans are going to think I have just been laying on the couch and eating Aunt Kerry Pet Stop Cookies (Just as an FYI, the Cookies are VERY tasty, get two they won’t last long). I just want you all to know I have NOT been just lounging around I have been busy. I’ll try to catch you up to speed on the happenings of my life!

In my last post, I told you about my Rally Class. I completed the class with excellence. OK maybe not with excellence but I did pretty darn good!

See I Graduated!

My instructor, Warren, said he thought with a little work I could compete in Rally. There is a Rally Expo Challenge at Einstein K9 on April 18^th and I think I may just go give it a go (as a novice). I need to get off the couch and train, probably.

In March, I tried Lure Coursing. On my first run, I was after that bag like no body’s business and then it snagged on something and I was a bit confused. I tried to recover in the next run but was unsure of traveling too far from my Al & Momma unsupervised. I now know that it’s OK to leave them when they say it’s OK. I am going to try Lure Coursing again soon. I’ll report back on my adventures!

I’m still working with my mom on her training for a triathlon. What I am learning is that while I am having a good time, I am NO trainer! I am not strict enough and I let her stop and smell the roses (or mailboxes) excessively….wait maybe that’s me smelling the mailboxes

My next Agility Class begins soon, (i.e. in 2 weeks). I am very excited to get back to the grind. I’ll report on that as time gets closer.

and remember, there is no obstacle  you can’t get around if you’re willing to run, jump, tunnel or weave!
